About me I'm Jerry, an Irish English teacher currently living and teaching in Nonthaburi, Thailand. I have over six years of experience teaching English to students of all ages across Thailand and Vietnam, both in the classroom and online. I love Thailand and genuinely understand that Thai learners need lessons that are practical and actually get results. How My Lessons Work My lessons are structured but relaxed. I adapt every session to your goals, level and learning style. Whether you want exam preparation, accent work or practical English for real-life situations, I'll create a clear plan and track your progress throughout. My Teaching Style I'm energetic, easy to approach and patient. I believe that feeling comfortable with your teacher is very important when learning a new language. I never make students feel embarrassed for making mistakes. In my experience, a relaxed and encouraging environment is where the fastest progress happens. Learning Paths 🎓 IELTS Preparation I have extensive experience delivering Cambridge-based and IELTS-focused lessons, including speaking exam practice. I'll help you understand exactly what examiners are looking for and build the skills to hit your target score. 🗣️ Phonetics and Accent Training Using Cambridge phonetics methods, I can help you improve your pronunciation, reduce your accent and speak with more clarity and confidence. Great for professionals or anyone who wants to be clearly understood by native speakers. 🇮🇪 Living in Ireland Thinking about moving to Ireland for work or study? I can help you prepare, both practically and linguistically, for the visa application, everyday life vocabulary, understanding the Irish accent, workplace communication, and everything you need to feel confident before you arrive. With me your confidence in speaking will grow rapidly, your vocab and grammar will be noticeably better. You will notice yourself wanting to talk more after my lessons.
