Paying without a credit card, in short
You can pay for a ClayLingua pass online with a TrueMoney Mastercard virtual card. It lives in the TrueMoney app, takes a few minutes to create, and works like a card that only spends the money you have topped up. Steps checked in TrueMoney's help pages on 23 October 2026.
- You need the TrueMoney app and an account. You can create one virtual card per account.
- Top up your wallet first, then use the card number, expiry date and CVV at checkout.
- ClayLingua is registered outside Thailand, so TrueMoney adds a 3.5% fee on top of the pass price. Top up a little extra to cover it.

Top up before you pay
The card spends only what is in your TrueMoney wallet, and a payment is refused if the balance is too low. You can top up from your bank app, at stores such as 7-Eleven and in other ways the app lists. Fees depend on the top-up channel, so check the amount shown in the app.
Watch out
TrueMoney charges a currency conversion fee of 3.5% on purchases from shops registered outside Thailand. ClayLingua is one of them, so top up a little more than the pass price. The table below shows how much.
