Danish Government Scholarships for Non-EU/EEA Students
Denmark gives its universities a yearly pool of scholarships for highly qualified students from outside the EU/EEA, which includes Thailand. Each scholarship can be a full or partial tuition fee waiver, a grant towards living costs, or both. The universities run the selection themselves, usually among applicants to their English-taught degrees, so your route in is the normal admission application at the university of your choice.
Application round
There is no central application or deadline. Apply for admission to your Danish university by its deadline and follow its instructions for the scholarship (some consider every eligible applicant automatically, others have a short extra form). The university tells you the result with or after the admission decision.
The IELTS requirement
The scheme sets no English score; the university's admission requirement does, and your test result goes in with the admission application, usually in the winter or early spring before a September start. English-taught master's programmes commonly ask for around IELTS 6.5 overall, so check your programme and have the score before its deadline.
