National University of Singapore (NUS)
NUS ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship
NUS's merit scholarship for citizens of ASEAN countries other than Singapore, awarded for the normal length of the degree. Every eligible applicant to NUS is considered automatically, so the admission application is the scholarship application.
Application round
The AY2027/28 application window for international qualifications, including Thai M6, runs from 16 December 2026 to 17 February 2027 at nus.edu.sg/oam. Shortlisted scholarship candidates are interviewed between January and July and told the outcome by mid-July.
The IELTS requirement
The scholarship has no English test of its own, but NUS admission does: Thai Mathayom 6 applicants must submit an approved English test, and NUS's minimum for IELTS Academic is 6.5 overall with 6.5 in Reading and Writing (TOEFL iBT and PTE Academic are also accepted; IELTS One Skill Retake isn't). Because the admission application is the scholarship application, have your result ready inside the December to February window.
