Radboud University, Nijmegen
Radboud Scholarship Programme (Netherlands)
Radboud's scholarship for talented non-EU/EEA students on English-taught master's programmes. Instead of a full fee of around EUR 19,000 you pay a reduced tuition, and the university also covers visa, residence permit and insurance costs. It can be combined with the NL Scholarship.
Application round
For 2027/28 entry, tick the Radboud Scholarship box when you apply for admission in OSIRIS and submit by 31 January 2027 at 23:59 CET (05:59 on 1 February in Thailand). Your application, including two reference letters and a CV, must be complete by 14 February 2027 at 23:59 CET. Decisions are expected before mid-April 2027.
The IELTS requirement
There is no separate IELTS band for the scholarship: you have to meet the English requirement of the master's you apply to, which for Radboud programmes is commonly IELTS 6.5 overall. Radboud recommends having your English proof submitted by the 14 February 2027 completion deadline, so plan your test for late 2026.
